Our CopeRail - Base Flange exclusive to eSafety Supplies has been designed, prototyped & manufactured within Australia protecting Australian Jobs. During the design phase we have always focused on the safety of pedestrians as this is the upmost importance particularly in a busy warehouse environment.
The Cope Pedestrian Rail distinguishes a clear barrier for pedestrian walkways for a safe workplace. Its robust construction and economical design allows for quick and easy installation with any components easily replaced if damaged unlike other barriers on the market.
The 132 flange should always be used to fix down guardrailing and balustrades. Holes are of sufficient diameter to give a good fixing with either a mechanical or chemical anchor. Two set screws in the vertical socket give greater stability to the upright. Hence, it is recommended that the fixing holes in the flange be in-line with the applied load. As a result, tube is able to pass through the base of the fitting.

Free delivery for orders over $499.00 is provided on all orders to Australian Capital Cities and major regional areas. Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of our products, it is not possible to provide free freight to remote regional areas or products which are excessively heavy. These items are noted as such on our Website
Place your order before 1.00pm on a weekday and in stock items will be shipped the same day (excludes Public Holidays).
Is your order large and requiring a forklift?
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a forklift is available to unload any large, bulky orders which will be packed on a pallet. If redelivery with a tailgate truck is needed, extra charges will apply (if you are not sure please contact us)
What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item is obtained. This will be reflected on your confirmation email, as your dispatch date will be delayed
Delivery to Post Office Boxes
Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of our products, orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or by mail. All items are delivered by courier to ensure secure, reliable, prompt delivery
