(I wanted to get my Delivery address correct, as my Post code has 29 suburbs ) i placed an order the same day, and also got a confirm via email the next day i got a e mail confirm that my ramps were dispatched I also got an email from the freight co with my tracking # I was pleased and surprised at the professionalism of this company, Three days later i was advised by email my ramps were in my suburb and a couple of hrs later i got delivery. Rave review for this company. Ordered two narrow bike racks and their fixings on a Monday, they were shipped to Melbourne from NSW by mid Wednesday. The racks are awesome -- sturdy af, easy to install and totally solve the problem of bike storage in a tight spot. The narrow ones are great, and very well priced! Furthermore, the parcels arrived with bonus goodies (thank you) and a delightful person called Emily answered a question by phone and was friendly, super-fast and all-round awesome. Thank you! I will highly recommend you to all the folks who will inevitably covet our bike racks :)

I had delivery issues due to could not deliver to Post Office. Received email from company asking for street address which I provided. However meantime the goods were shipped to my post office box but not via Australia Post. Admin at ESafety were extremely helpful and prompt at assisting with tracking my goods and taking the trouble to follow up with me daily until goods were located. It was great to have personalised friendly service .
